ARAVINA ESTATE – 2008 Vintage Sparkling
A sparkling wine made from traditional varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using traditional méthode champenoise. Fresh Granny Smith apples, yeasty fresh bread and yoghurt aromas. A complex wine with great depth and flavour.

(THE) BERRY FARM – Sparkling Tempranillo
A beautiful sparkling-style wine exhibiting a rich bouquet of ripe cherries and plums with confectionery notes. The palate is semi sweet with gentle dry tannins on the finish due to barrel aging. The perfect wine for any celebration, and perfect with finger food, summer salads and cheese platters.

This is a super fun sparkling wine packed full of fresh tropical fruit flavours, from estate grown Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc! The Sauvignon Blanc provides lovely lifted aromatics, and crisp fresh palate structure, whilst the Chenin provides an array of tropical fruit flavours that flood the palate, great balance, and great fun, enjoy with your best of friends on just about any occasion.

HOUSE OF CARDS WINES – Blanc de Blancs (aka) Queen of Diamonds
Clear in colour, delicious and delicate. Green apples, pears and butered toast dominate the aromatics.  A persistent and fine effervescence carries the palate of grapefruit, lemon zest and cashews through the mouth.  Perfectly in balance.

KNEE DEEP WINES – Knee Deep 2006 Pinot Chardonnay
Delicate flavours of apple and citrus with toasty brioche and persistent bubbles.   A beautiful wine for any celebration.

LaCACHE – Traditional Methode Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Margaret River Pinot Noir and Manjimup Chardonnay. Offering a fine flavours with characteristic toasty yeas, a full creamy palate and a lively well-entrained mousse.

Méthode Traditionelle – fresh and light with a fine bead and a crisp lively finish.

THOMPSON ESTATE – Chardonnay Pinot Noir
The chardonnay imparts a rich toasty character, the Pinot provides an austere balance and the oak treatment adds complexity and depth. The result is a rich but fresh style of sparkling wine with a satisfying elegance and mouth feel. 

LEEUWIN ESTATE – Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut
A soft well balanced palate with a gentle mouth filling mousse and clean citrus finish. Delicate fruit flavours of strawberry from the Pinot Noir are combined with some citrus red apple, light yeasty characters and toasty flavours from the 30 months bottle age give a very well balanced and harmonious palate of considerable length. A pleasant easy drinking style with crisp citrus finish.

Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this sparkling wine shows intense citrus, apple aromas complemented with notes of toasted bread and brioche.   On the palate, the wine is fine and creamy with  a crisp fresh finish.  Enjoy now.

Individually bottle fermented in the traditional method. A fine, delicate sparkling wine with elderflower and citrus notes followed by a dry finish.
Sparkling Merlot
Aromas and flavours of ripe plum, strawberries, cherries and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

VOYAGER ESTATE – Project Sparkling Chenin Blanc
Aromas of Red Delicious apples and grapefruit, with nuances of freshly baked bread.   A bright fruit spectrum of apples and grapefruit on the palate.  A vibrant refreshing palate leading to some toasty bread notes and a clean, crisp finish.

WISE WINERY – NV Bead Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
A creamy and soft front palate, which continues to bring a lingering Brut (dry) finish. Flavours of white peach, honey, brioche and roasted nuts blend harmoniously to create a complex wine with a fine bead, a persistent mousse and a refreshing finish.
