Our Catering Line can now deliver exceptional food and service to weddings, functions and corporate events state wide, continuing & promoting our strong reputation the Laundry 43 name is renowned for.
Our bespoke ‘Catering Line’ mobile food truck is elegance on 16 wheels. An all-in-one kitchen, catering and serving facility unlike no other. The truck is fitted with airbag suspension to handle all terrains & is entirely self sufficient with water & generators for electricity, making the set up for any condition a breeze.
In the spirit of Laundry 43, the Catering Line has large panels that open up to allow full view of the kitchen and the culinary team at work. The open kitchen provides our event’s with excitement, atmosphere and a conversation starter, as the enticing aromas fill the air. Our Executive Chef Nathan and the team encourage interaction, banter, and questions about the menu, and enjoying sharing the stories behind the unique South West produce and ingredients they use.
Executive chef, Nathan Thomas, is a highly esteemed food connoisseur who has worked for Michelin star restaurants around the globe and world renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsey. Nathan brings his worldly culinary experience to the Catering Line to create the best quality dining experience, providing a contemporary twist on native Australian, Asian & Middle Eastern cuisines.
